Q: What are your rates?

A: Rates vary depending on the length space required to securely park your RV, vehicle or boat (including trailer tounge, hitch, motor, etc.). See our Unit Prices page for details. We also offer 15/20 amp ($15 mo.) or 30 amp electric ($30 mo.) flat rated per month.

Q: What documents do I need to provide to rent RV or boat storage space?

A: We require government-issued photo ID (example: driver's license), vehicle and/or trailer information (registration, license plate and vehicle VIN number) and proof of insurance (copy of insurance card or policy). We will securely store this information in our system.

Q: Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

A: No, unless you select our 6- and 12-month discount plans (5% and 10% respectively). We rent on a month-to-month basis, with all leases requiring 30-day advance notice to vacate. Guaranteed accommodation and rates are not possible on month-to-month rentals.

Q: Are any discounts offered?

A: Yes. We offer 6- and 12-month discount plans (5% and 10% respectively), active military and first responders (law enforcement, fire, EMT) receive 10% off monthly rent for the entire rental period and we participate in the Good Sam program.

Q: How do I make a payment?

A: We only accept electronic payments - credit card, debit card or bank ACH. All major credit cards accepted, and all accounts will be set up to be auto-transacted on the first of every month. Our customers can opt-out of auto payment and are responsible for making payments on our website or app, but any late accounts will have access denied and incur a late fee.

Q: Is there electric available at every space?

A: We offer both 15/20-amp and 30-amp service access in our covered spaces and rates are flat-rated at $15 per mo. or $30 per mo. respectively.

Q: Can I do maintenance work on my unit?

A: Yes, minor interior/exterior maintenance or improvements to your RV or boat is permitted, but no major mechanical work is permitted without prior approval by management.

Q: When can I move in?

A: Once you create an account and are assigned a space that meets your RV or boat storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal business hours.

Q: What are your hours?

A: RV Boat Storage Works customers have 24/7 access to their recreational vehicles and boats, and management is on site Monday through Saturday 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM.

Q: Do you offer RV maintenance, cleaning or other services?

A: No, but we can provide referrals to various service and RV repair providers.

Q: Will staff provide access to the property for repair service-providers, or should I share my access code?

A: Please do not ever share your access code – contact management who can provide temporary, unique access codes to repair-service providers or other, owner-authorized representatives. Appropriate proof of required insurances is necessary before any service provider can access facility.

Q: Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

A: No. Once you are assigned a space and temporary security code (you can create your own personal security passcode) and download our app, you have 24/7 access.

Q: What types of vehicles can be stored?

A: All boats, recreational vehicles, automobiles, and enclosed trailers.

Q: Can I leave a car or truck in my space temporarily if I take my RV on a trip?

A: Yes.

Q: What sizes are your storage spaces and are they all covered?

A: We offer 12-foot wide spaces varying in length from 27 to 65 feet, with all but a handful angled 60-degrees for easy parking. We offer both covered and open storage. See spaces and prices by clicking here.
